I suffer with lumbar pain that gets worse when sitting in a uncomfortable seat or position, this makes my sciatica  and coccyx extremely painful. This cushion has the perfect shape and support for long rides, flights and plain and simple sitting at the doctors waiting room. The memory foam is top quality, keeps its shape and it has the best support and a strap to keep it in place. The cover is a breathable fabric and has a back zipper to remove it and wash it. It's wide at the bottom to keep your posture in check, it fits your mid to lower back perfectly. I'm in love with this lumbar pillow and I can honestly say that all back pilows are not created equal and im so glad i found this one. And frankly it blew my mind that such an affordable cushion was made with the quality of others that cost double or triple the amount of this one.
