This Trinova cleaner is an excellent degreaser, I have tried other Trinova products with great results. Now having said that, in this particular case I feel the results will vary depending on how dirty is your grill, how long has the burnt on food and sauce been calling the grill home.  So be mindful of the state of your grill before you tackle it. If it's extra crispy, I suggest you take the grates off and inside a container or even a garbage bag soak them over night. The next day it will be much easier to brush the gunk away, the inside of the grill will degreaser without a problem. With summertime comes backyard cookouts so make sure to keep your grill in top shape. I really enjoy this product, it doesn't smell like chemicals and work great. I'm even thinking of trying it inside my oven.
