This leggings are so comfortable that I could live in these no problem. The material is thick yet very stretchy but not so stretchy it looses it's control. Love the high waisted because of obvious tummy control but it also provides lower back support and I was not expecting that. The way it's constructed with the way all the seams that are perfectly positioned to hug you in the right places. Happy with the side pockets and the inner pocket in the back of the waist for your key or cell phone if you are jogging. The fabric is breathable eventhough is thick, I wasn't expecting them to be this soft and comfortable to be honest. The way this fabric stretches makes them perfect for yoga,  pilates, dance, actually any sport because it's so flexible. Absolutely in love with them and I went with classic and safe black but they come in gray with black stitching and in a black and dark gray marble print that I like very much too.
