This wrap is thin and not noticeable at all, it stays put where you place it for hours up to 8hrs is recommended. Really love you can place this wrap where you feel that needs firming action. This has a warming sensation at times which means it has thermogenic properties and that will help in the overall result in said area. I'm not sure that any noticeable weight loss is achieved with the use of this wraps but it does deliver toned and firm skin where you apply it. I think that if you already lost some weight this will be great to tighten the skin in that area.  Some of us fluctuate in weight back and forth and our skin pays the price, this will definitely help keep it toned and firm.
