I'm so impressed by this stool, it's a solid piece extremely well built and super easy to open and close. Also it holds a maximum of 286 pounds (130kg) and you can adjust the height if it to be used from a child to an adult.   Has a strap on the edge that you can hand-held or use as a cross body. Very compact when closed so you can keep in your car, rv, with camping equipment, sports bag or boat. And if you live in a tiny home, dorm room or small apartment this will make it easy to  have extra seating when needed and put away when not in use or need.
